The role is full time Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Following are some of the responsibilities for this role:

- To be a point of contact with parents for all fee queries and related matters
- Preparation of termly invoices for academic fees and extras such as lunches and wrap-around care, adhering to strict deadlines
- Working with the Admissions Department to maintain an accurate pupil roll
- Liaison with the Admissions team, Database Manager and Office teams on the process to create new pupil records in SIMS (the school's pupil database)
- Reconciliation of bills to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Assisting with the processing of purchase order and payment of invoices
- Keeping accurate records of pupils opting for lunches, and updating the catering team of lunch numbers every half term
- Ensuring the Admissions Register (pupil database) is maintained in compliance with ISI regulatory standards
- Assisting in delivering the project to move to electronic invoicing

Main requirements to get cleared for this role:
- Previous experience working with School database software (SIMS) is desirable but not essential
- Experience of Finance systems and processes preferred
- Outstanding organising and anaytical skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK - this is essential
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A warm and engaging telephone manner
- Competence in standard office software (Word, Outlook and Excel) essential
- 2 proven relevant experience
