1 x Full-Time, 34 hours a week, 8.10 am - 3.10 pm, 5 days a week, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Wed 8.10 - 4.10 pm Additional hours can be worked if required.

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced, committed, hard-working and dynamic communication assistant to work as part of our multidisciplinary team at our specialist centre based at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy. Our supportive team consists of teachers, communication assistants, speech and language therapist and an educational psychologist. The Swan Centre offers a range of support to our students who spend the majority of their time in curriculum classrooms. Communication Assistants support students in both curriculum and Swan Centre lessons and have a responsibility for particular roles within the Swan Centre. You will have a key work role, taking responsibility for the welfare and education of students with communication difficulties. You will have the chance to play an important role in helping us raise the achievement of our children with SEN in an inclusive setting. We would like to hear from you if you:
