**Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**

**Salary: £25,678 - £35,776 per annum (Dependant on skills, qualifications & experience) (Academic Grade 4 - 13)**

**About the role**

Within this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment; ensuring students reach their maximum potential.

You will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, contribute to the wide enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added. Alongside our BTEC provision, wee are running a Health T Level and your experience will be paramount in the delivery of this. You will be working with various health employers in the local area, and assisting within placement assessment.
