**Distance learner tutors are paid by the learner portfolio completion of £75**

**Unqualified Lecturer (-1 years experience) £15.58 plus holiday pay**

**Unqualified Lecturer (+1 years experience) £18.70 plus holiday pay**

**Qualified Lecturer £22.59 plus holiday pay**

**Please note, Instructors and Assessors will need to be classed as self-employed.**
