**Job Description - Lettings Negotiator**

**As the Lettings Negotiator, you will be face of our estate agency for both tenants and landlords.**

**You will take pride in managing tenant queries as well as helping landlords rent their properties. This will involve referencing and credit checks, making sure that the tenant and landlords needs will match, all while building rapport with both parties. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to grow the lettings portfolio by working from the current data base and on your own initiative.**

**Job description**
- Deal with incoming and outgoing calls and property enquiries for lettings
- Carry out viewings when required hence driving will be essential.
- Dealing with landlords and contractors.
- Negotiate offers for Lettings properties.
- Carry out referencing for lettings properties.
- Complete move ins for lettings properties.
- Be computer literate and able to learn systems quickly.
- Be able to work on their own initiative.

**Experience**
- Must have driving license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Lettings.
- Must have Property software experience.
- Must have Excel experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
