Lettings Negotiator– Lettings / Property ManagementFull Time, Permanent£23,000 + £30 per letting (circa. £900 per month)Liverpool City CentreOffice BasedAn exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join an expansive property and lettings company based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to assist the Lettings Director in ensuring that all properties are let in a timely manner across a range of new build properties in Liverpool itself. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in property sales negotiations.Job Details and Benefits:
  • Full time, permanent
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenant
  • Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand the local lettings market
What we need from you:
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a lettings / property negotiation role.
  • Driving licence and own vehicle
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company’s reputation.
