At Meadows Park we are looking to bolster our team with an additional Senior Care Assistant to become part of our family with the residents and staff. Meadows Park is easily accessible and beautiful inside and out. It boasts immaculately decorated and furnished rooms with garden areas, potting shed, large cosy communal areas, games room and even a cocktail bar

The duties and responsibilities for a Senior Care Assistant are not limited to the below:

- Support training and supervision of all junior and new Staff Members in all aspects of their work in the care home,
- Help lead the care assistants with their daily duties, assisting with any queries they have,
- Working closely with residents’ families to understand the residents needs, desires and motivations to ensure care plans are completed effectively,
- To work with the team to provide a high standard of care to all residents, helping them get ready for the day, any outings or activities that are taking place,
- To provide timely medication to residents when needed through the day,
- To keep timely records of resident’s medication, fluids, food and other necessities and ensure team members are doing so too,
- Being the individual who supports the residents, keeping them company and keeping their purpose in life strong,
- Keeping the residents safe, respecting their individuality and their integrity.
