Night Auditor

We currently have an exciting opening to join our Front of House team as a Night Auditor.

The Roslin Beach Hotel is an AA 4 Silver Star hotel with a multi award-winning Two AA Rosette Restaurant that is recognised across the country. This thriving hotel is proudly located on Thorpe Esplanade with panoramic views of the beautiful Estuary in each of our dining rooms.

**About the role**:

- As a Night Auditor you will greet incoming guests, provide luxury guest services, and create a safe and friendly environment for the guests. All duties are to be performed to our 4 Silver Star and department standards. Duties include but are not limited to:_
- _Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and completing audit procedures, as required._
- _Patrol the interior and perimeter of the property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks._
- _Actively monitor the CCTV system and ensure to be fully compliant with the Data Protection Act regarding CCTV._
- _Completing the shift procedures, night audit and other relevant reports in a timely manner._
- _Carrying out cleaning duties and maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times._

**What we would like from you**:

- _45 hours per working week, 5 days out of 7 from 10pm to 7am._
- _Able to demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties._
- _Understanding the importance of using the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy._
- _Acting in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems._
- _Always following company brand standards._
