We have the pleasure in confirming 6 roles for NSK to work within their Auditing team within the Factory.

The responsibility of these positions is to - To complete line audits of components in G2 grinding against defined schedules. This will ensure confirmation of specifications are met, & any issues are highlighted immediately and can be actioned accordingly.

These positions are working Monday to Friday on a 3 shift rotation, earlies, nights and afternoons.

Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure SUA is completed & overchecked as required. Confirm and recalculate any offsets
- Confirm all gauges are operational, set correctly & within calibration period
- Ensure all DTIs have secure tips with free running travel
- Ensure all gauging and fixtures are free from damage
- Ensure support rollers are in good condition.
- Confirm all features identified on the Quality instruction.
- Ensure back sorting / containment is completed if any failures are detected.
- Maintain a tidy, clean and safe working environment

**Qualifications**:

- C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is desirable, however full training will be given

Skills & Knowledge
- Problem solving skills
- Good manual dexterity
- Effective communications skills - both oral and written
- To be self motivated and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision whilst achieving departmental targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel would be an advantage
- The ability to work with engineering hand tools is desirable

Starting Salary is £20683 plus 20% shift = £24819.60
