**Position**: IBP Business Relationship Consultant

**Based**: Haddenham, United Kingdom

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for the configuration of SAP- IBP/S4/APO/ECC and/or coding process and may direct the work of others.
Primary liaison to business and IT systems workstream leaders on defining and configuring collaboration solutions, addressing business objectives, enabling efficiencies and developing Long Term Plan
Responsible for driving business value and best practice for McCormick through the implementation of SAP IBP and PPDS
Participates in project design reviews for Tier 1 and 2 projects.
Seeks constant improvement opportunities and appropriately challenges processes.
Working closely with steering committees, business leads, internal and external customers, vendors and peer companies, researches, evaluates, and recommends new technologies to support McCormick’s strategic initiatives.
Serves as backup for other Consultants and may participate in system support activities including off-core hours.
Responsible for system problem calls, user inquiries, Change Management, and root cause analyses.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1 IBP implementation with hands-on configuration, preferably Response & Supply. Proficient in IBP best practice
