We're delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for 3 months, based in Brandon, Suffolk.

With full or part time hours considered, this varied job includes:

- Ensure supplier invoices are accurately processed.
- Review and clear down historic purchase orders.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, becoming a point of contact for resolution of AP issues.
- Assist in the preparation of supplier payment runs.
- Assisting with the annual audit.
- Ad-hoc tasks, to support the Finance team.

Knowledge of Sage 200 is desirable.

With experience of working in a fast-paced finance department, the successful applicant will be able to show high attention to detail and strong organisational skills, as well as being a good problem solver.

Brandon, Suffolk

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (part-time hours also considered)

Duration:
3 months initially (possibility of longer)

Hourly rate:
£11-13 per hour
