Our client is seeking an Administration Executive to join their team of experts. This role will be ideal for anyone with administration experience;however, our client would also consider anyone that is passionate and enthusiastic about getting into an Administration role. Therefore, if you are looking for your first administration position and feel you have the right attitude, then this may be a goodopportunity.

*There is full training provided in this role*

In brief, this role is both customer service and administrative based which includes looking after their suppliers payments.

**Duties**:

- Liaising with suppliers and customers in professional manner
- Ensuring completed finance documents are received from our suppliers are ready for payment.
- Payouts of finance deals
- Weekly updates and chasing suppliers
- Any changes of contracts and term of lease queries
