Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation based in Leominster with their search for an experienced CRM & Data Analytics Executive.

The CRM Executive will be a part of the wider Customer team all working to the goal of achieving leading global multi-channel marketing campaigns.

DAY TO DAY:

- Oversee all campaign building across all markets, ensuring correct segmentation
- Dynamic content & testing is executed correctly, supporting the CRM team with the technical implementation of complex testing, dynamic content and rule exclusions as and when required.
- Set up regular reporting processes across all CRM disciplines and regularly review customer segmentation that aids the identification of issues and optimisation opportunities that will support growth of the CRM channel
- Lead in delivering any required new feeds, fields and events for the CRM team.

YOU WILL HAVE:

- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data scenarios to others.
- Bloomreach experience desirable, but not essential
- A self motivator who is naturally data inquisitive.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with good numeracy skills.
- The ability to work under pressure, driven by hitting targets and responsive to real-time results.
- The ability to identify actionable insights from complex data
