**About The Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
**BAU**
- Team lead in all training, overseeing and creation of all segments, campaigns and schedules in the RedEye platform
- A proactive sharer of knowledge and skills to the Customer Data team and CRM team
- Drive improved current BAU targeting by driving a test and learn ethos throughout the Customer Data team and CRM team
- Support the Marketing Managers and Senior CRM Executive - BAU in the creation of the BAU testing roadmap, using knowledge and experience to identify and provide solutions for complex BAU campaign tests

**Automation**
- Automation chief architect for the technical implementation & delivery of all automated & triggered communications
- Responsible from the investigation stage - for drawing out complex data triggers and customer journeys based on current fields and feeds. Highlighting business quick wins and any current gap in ESP data landscape
- Support and share knowledge with the Marketing Managers & Senior CRM Executives in automation fundamentals and best practices.
- Define and benchmark where automated/trigger programmes are adding incremental value to the business (ongoing)
- Ensure with the support of the Senior CRM Executives that all automated programmes are scalable and actionable based on a comprehensive reporting suite.

**Data & Segmentation**
- ESP super user with in-depth knowledge of all data feeds, extracts and touch points within the ESP.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive data schema for all ESP parameters, validating new and current parameters
- Identify any 1st or 3rd party data issues within the ESP, using knowledge to resolve business impacting data issues.
- Ensuring that any issues are communicated timely to the Head Of CRM
- Lead in delivering any required new feeds or fields in the ESP, creating required parameters with correct formatting.
- Drive platform efficiencies maintaining and owning general housekeeping of ESP. Ensuring that the ESP are following/adhering to the MandM Direct data retention policy.

**Hours of work**:
Working general office hours Monday to Friday based around our flexitime hours, and a hybrid policy working 2 days per week at our head office in Leominster, Herefordshire.

- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with internal and external colleagues
- The ability to identify actionable insights from complex data.
