The role includes the opportunity to work directly with some key global corporate accounts, as well as to develop your own portfolio of accounts. In addition to transactional work, the role involves helping to develop strategy for client portfolios, and the opportunity to participate in business-development activities.

You will identify training and development needs for other team members and suggest development outcomes to the Manager of the team. The Senior Associate / Immigration Supervisor will act as a role model for more junior members of staff, assisting them to develop their core competencies.

Other key responsibilities:

- Work on client projects and support Partners and Managers on complex technical and cross border projects, as necessary
- Assist with data, analytics and reporting including developing and maintaining project plans
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and best practice sessions
- Provide legal advice and strategic advice relating to service delivery and immigration compliance.
- Responsible for achieving billing targets
- Provide support for Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
- Responsible for driving consistency in service delivery across client accounts through supporting team and global leads, while ensuring local adaptability is achieved
