**Events Coordinator (remote)**
**Paying £32K-£35K**
**Contract position for 12 months**
The Client
You will be working for a reputable Charity organisation. They are an expanding company, and they offer fantastic career paths. This is an extremely fast paced environment however the company is warm and welcoming to all their employees.
The Role
- Organsing all aspects of the events such as venue, catering etc
- Budget management for the events
- Build and retain relationships with senior communities
- Generating reports and using CRM databases
- Managing event set up
- Being present on event day ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Organising event speakers
- Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders and ensuring all aspects of the event meets the requirements
- Organsing large and small scale events

The Person
- Can work to tight deadlines
- Work confidentially under pressure
- Confidence in dealing with colleagues in all seniority levels
- Strong excel and Microsoft package skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confidence in your own abilities
- A analytical and creative mindset
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with packages such as Microsoft Power BI, Marketo, Adobe Photoshop is desired but not essential
