Cheltenham Borough Homes is looking for a Training and Employment Officer to play a major role in the delivery of the Levelling Up funded programme which includes:
Delivering work clubs, training sessions and workshops at a variety of locations

Supporting the development and delivery of training sessions at our skills hub

Supporting service users on a 1-1 or group basis to achieve their training or employment ambitions

Experience of delivering workshops or training sessions

Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the barriers associated with worklessness

Ability to form positive working relationships with service users, colleagues and partners

This role is for 16 hours a week, working Wednesday and Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

This role is a 2 year fixed term contract.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £25,036.00-£26,571.00 per year
