Safety Deposit Associate

The Retail Operations Associate for the Harrods Safety Deposit is responsible for providing an exceptional level of service in a discreet luxury environment, ensuring the customers needs are exceeded to the best of our ability.

The Harrods Safe Deposit department dates back to 1896 and is the oldest and least-seen part of the store. Behind the Victorian three-ton steel entrance door lies first-class security surveillance equipment, including electric gates, solid steel walls and alarms. This is a unique opportunity to join our fantastic team of Safety Deposit Associates.

About You

Previous experience in banking/with AML processes is preferred but not required. We are looking for:

- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of decision making.
- Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Ability to build a relationship with individual clients and create a bespoke experience for them.
