Safe Deposit Associate

This Retail Operations Associate role is working in the Harrods Safe Deposit. This team works in the oldest part of the store, dating back to 1896, it is full of history. Behind the Victorian three-ton steel entrance door lies first-class security surveillance equipment, including electric gates, solid steel walls and alarms.

This is a unique opportunity to join our fantastic team of Safe Deposit Associates. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional level of service in a discreet luxury environment, ensuring the customers needs are exceeded to the best of our ability.

About You

Previous experience in banking/with AML processes is preferred but not required. We are looking for:

- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of decision making.
- Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Ability to build a relationship with individual clients and create a bespoke experience for them.
