Your new company
Hays are working with a prestigious educational organisation, that is based in Cheltenham. This organisation has fantastic top of the range facilities, with lots of opportunity to expand your skillset. The finance team within this organisation is a busy department,responsible of collecting £32m of fee income and paying approximately 12,000 supplier invoice per annum.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be managing the organisations purchase ledger duties, with a work load of around 1000 invoices per month you will be ensuring that all expenditure is correctly approved.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in working within a finance environment
- Experience with purchase ledger, automated system experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Being well organised, with an effective planner mind set, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage the multiple demands of the role whilst ensuring successful delivery.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
