**Administrator**
We are looking for a dedicated administrator to join our team on a permanent basis for 30 hours per week. We need an exceptional individual with the right attitude, skills and knowledge.
Although the job is based in Hastings occasional work in St. Leonards or Rye may be required, so own car would be an advantage.
- Excellent office skills with knowledge of all Microsoft office programmes
- Have proven experience
- Be educated to a minimum of a Level 2 qualification ie; 5 GCSE’S, must include English and Maths
- Able to manage budgets
- Be accurate and able to work on your own
- Be motivated & flexible
- Full driving license
Your role will include:
- Administrative support for the charity
- Supervision of the grant’s administrator, pantry staff/volunteers, cleaner, Health & Safety officer
- Keep records & prepare reports on the activities of the charity
- Manage the social media and websites
- Advise the C.E.O. & trustees on the maintenance of the building and supervise any works carried out
- General office duties
- Report to and assist C.E.O
- Successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check._
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £20,280.00 per year
