We have an exciting opportunity available for Group Administrator in the East Group based at Bohemia Road (Hastings) Fire Station.

We are seeking a motivated individual to fulfil a crucial function, by joining our existing staff in providing a timely and high quality administrative and secretarial support service.

As a Group Administrator you will support the Group Manager and Group Management Team in their local and partnership roles. Your duties will include diary management, producing correspondence, preparing agenda’s, documentation and reports, organising and taking minutes at meetings (internal and external) and analysing data to produce reports.

As a supportive employer and to meet the needs of the Service, ESFRS will consider some flexibility regarding the working hours/patterns for this role and discussions will take place with you regarding this at the interview and selection stages.
