Receptionist

We are looking for a conscientious, enthusiastic admin clerk / receptionist to join the administrative team at Longreach House, mental health inpatient unit. This is an interesting and challenging opportunity for someone with good communication, organisational and IT skills. You will join a small team of admin staff supporting the Inpatient Administrator, Ward Managers and ward staff at Longreach House.

The post holder will be expected to communicate effectively and sensitively with all service users, carers, staff and external agency staff, promoting good working relationships and commit to maintaining confidentiality and quality of the service.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm)

Full training will be provided as well as having the support from the rest of the administrative team.

To provide an efficient admin and front of house reception service at Longreach House mental health inpatient unit.
To be an integral part of the team assisting in the smooth running of the administrative office providing efficient administrative support in the provision of mental health services.

This role will also support with the ordering of catering supplies.
