**Role**

Reporting directly to the Head of site operations, you will assist them ensuring all areas of operations are well run within brand standards, and are safe and complaint. You will help maximise customer service standards and through this grow the success of the site and its positive community impact.

**Responsibilities**

**People, Safety and Compliance**
- Assist in ensuring the Site and Operations are safe at all times, by following policy and process
- Ensure food and drink areas maintain 5 star EHO standard, by following policy and process
- Act on safety issues and report these.

**Bookings , Bar and Events**
- Carry out tasks set by HOS, to ensure the booking and other activities run smoothly.
- Respond to customer requests.
- Setting up bookings such as childrens parties and events
- Cleaning up after events
- Being present during some hirings at weekends to ensure the smooth running of events
- Carrying out deep cleaning tasks in line with plan
- Ensuring the building is presentable at all times.

**Community**
- Support the Heads of community services in providing community activities within the centre, when allocated to these.
- Promote community activities with the centres

**Additional duties**

The post holder will be required to be flexible in assisting the Head of Site operations and other colleagues with the varied tasks required to deliver the Association’s objectives. S/He will be expected to be proactive in identifying problems and in recommending solutions and in suggesting improvements and helping to implement these to achieve enhanced service delivery.

**Working arrangements**

6 Hours a week

Work will be on Saturday and Sundays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
