**Position Summary**

We have an exciting opportunity for a newly created role People Partner Cluster Lead to join the People Partner team within our HR Function. You will report to the Head of People Partnering and Change and be a member of the People Partnering Leadership team. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of People Partners delivering overall HR support to stakeholders in our Category Businesses and Corporate Functions across both our sites in Gatwick and York. The People Partner Cluster lead will have excellent generalist HR experience. You will work closely with the Head of People Partnering and change and Heads of HR to deliver first class HR support. You will be responsible for delivering elements of the Market People plan, change programmes and people support requests for, example enhancing Annual People Processes, roll out of I&B initiatives, providing line manager support, continuously improving the HR proposition to Category Businesses and Corporate Functions. You will then work collaboratively within HR and across the business to embed these improvements. In addition to this you will possess strong analytical skills to analyse the data and insights available to you in order to identify opportunities and build these improvement recommendations.

**A day in the life of People Partner Cluster Lead**

**You’ll also be responsible for.**
- Owning and managing people requests through to conclusion enabling consistency, quality and seamless customer journey across all Category businesses and Corporate Functions
- Develop and coach individuals
- Insight and analysis of data and people request to improve service offering
- Manage complex people queries including advice on more complex ER cases or colleague circumstances.
- Enable line manager accountability and decision making through informed consideration of all relevant factors
- Ensure our performance and talent management activities are understood, embedded, and delivered
- Escalate issues as appropriate to Heads of HR/ Head of People Partnering and Change.
- Enable our people to successfully deliver against the business goals
- Be a key driver in upskilling our people managers capability specifically around our people’s
- development enabling everybody to be the very best that they can be
- Develop capability to ensure our people understand the HR model we work within

**What will make you successful**

Your career so far will demonstrate a track record in operational HR Business Partner roles, with a demonstrable drive to work as a true People Partner. You’ll need to be able to build on your experience in a large-scale business environment, and you’ll be accustomed to translating a wider market HR strategy and policies. Ideally, you’ll have a breadth of experience of successfully managing ER casework.
- Experience of leading and developing a team
- Strong analytical and analysis skills
- Working in a matrix organisation
- Competence in coaching and influencing
- Significant ER experience
- Leading complex change / Project Management Business Acumen Data Analytics tools and driving insights
