**Kitchen Sales Designer**
**Overview**:
A global organisation and a leading brand who provide high-end kitchens across 200 stores over the UK whose passion is to furnish quality kitchens for everyone are seeking to recruit someone who has relevant design or sales experience to join their strong salesteam in West London.
The role will involve reporting to the Store Manger & providing exceptional knowledge and helping customers identify and design their dream kitchen, managing customers' expectations and demonstrating their key competencies.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible
- Establishing Customer needs and wants and overcoming objections with expert knowledge
- Showing customers around the showroom, demonstrating our products and services and their benefits
- Using sales tools to create kitchen designs that are inspirational and delight the customer
- Be an active supporter of new initiatives within the business
**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Experience of working in a targeted environment
- Excellent approach to customer service
- Proven track record in sales
- IT literate ideally with knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD or other similar software)
- Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays
**Package**:

- Basic Salary £24,000 / OTE £40,000 - can exceed dependant on experience
