Job Title: In-house Technician
The Company:
Highly trusted, proven and respected computer and mobile support specialist who provides to both personal and business customers who expect competitive insurance and warranty products, a quick repair turnaround and support in managing their device estate.
Who they're looking for:
My client is looking to recruit a highly motivated, friendly and supportive In-house Technician to join their team. They want someone who can fit well into their team, with experience in IT repairs for PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
The Role:
To deliver a fast and efficient IT repair service
Main Responsibilities:

- Repair IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- Perform telephone and remote diagnostics with end-user/organisations
- Consistently update an internal web portal
- Identify the correct parts needed for the repair of each device
- Utilize manufacturer websites for part lookup and knowledge bases
- Ensure customer expectations are met, such as SLA's
General Responsibilities:

- Contributing to a clean and tidy working environment
- Punctuality
- Polite and considerate to other work colleagues
