Overview:

- Lead the sales negotiation process from initial contact to closing, ensuring successful outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Evaluate and accurately assess the value of houses to provide informed guidance to clients during the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and support junior members of the sales team, providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall performance.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, negotiations, and contracts, using CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the real estate industry is preferred
- A valid driver's license is required for property viewings and valuations
