As a Supply Early Years Assistant, we provide flexible hours that suit around you, but we also offer career progression, and any training opportunities paid for by us at Thrive

**As a Nursery Assistant, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop.
- To have an engaging and energetic personality.
- Covering holidays and help provide staff cover whilst gaining on the job experience
- Provide effective care and learning that enables children to progress and prepare them for school.
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.
- Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children.

But more importantly as a Nursery Nurse Assistant you will have lovely warm smile that makes our children feel welcomed and special in every sense of the way
