Mae Dysgu Oedolion, Dysgu ar gyfer Gwaith yn cynnig cyrsiau a ariennir gan Lywodraeth Cymru sy’n cynnig amrywiaeth o gyfleoedd dysgu hyblyg sydd wedi’u cynllunio i helpu unigolion i gymryd y cam cyntaf yn ôl i ddysgu a'u helpu i symud ymlaen i ddysgu pellach, hyfforddiant neu gyflogaeth.

**Am Y Swydd**
Byddwch yn datblygu ac yn darparu hyfforddiant sy'n gysylltiedig â gwaith i geiswyr gwaith, ar sail beripatetig, ledled Caerdydd i Safon Ansawdd gydnabyddedig. Bydd disgwyl i'r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus hefyd ddarparu hyfforddiant perthnasol ac angenrheidiol i aelodau o'r Gwasanaeth a staff eraill y Cyngor a sefydliadau partner.

Bydd angen i chi gydlynu’r gwaith gweinyddol sy’n ofynnol gan gyrff archwilio a’r darparwyr ariannu allanol i fodloni gofynion y Safon Ansawdd. Rhoi adborth i gyfranogwyr ar gynnydd a datblygiad, a goruchwylio arholiadau.

Bydd disgwyl i chi fonitro a gwerthuso hyfforddiant Dysgu Oedolion / Cyngor i Mewn i Waith sy'n gysylltiedig â gwaith i geiswyr gwaith, er mwyn sicrhau ei berthnasedd parhaus i'r gweithle. Mynychu cyfarfodydd a chydgysylltu ag aelodau'r tîm Hyfforddi yn rheolaidd.

**Beth Rydym Ei Eisiau Gennych**
Mae trwydded yrru ddilys lawn a’r defnydd o gar yn hanfodol. Mae cymhwyster addysgu oedolion yn hanfodol ar gyfer y rôl hon. Profiad o addysgu oedolion di-waith a/neu grwpiau difreintiedig yn y gymuned.

Y gallu i ddarparu hyfforddiant sy'n gysylltiedig â chyflogaeth, gan gynnwys y canlynol:

- Iechyd a Diogelwch yn y Gwaith, Iechyd a Diogelwch ar Safle Adeiladu, Codi a Chario, COSHH, Diogelwch Bwyd a Sgiliau Cyflogadwyedd, Gofal Plant a Gofal Iechyd.

Bydd angen i chi allu ysgogi hyfforddeion i gyflawni canlyniadau dymunol. Yn gallu gweithio fel aelod o dîm prysur, ond hefyd yn gallu gweithio a meddwl yn annibynnol. Byddwch yn gweithio'n galed ac yn ymrwymedig i allu gweithio dan bwysau. Yn hyblyg ac yn barod i gyflawni amrywiaeth o wahanol dasgau.
