Our Client a one of the world’s largest suppliers of Construction & Industrial Machinery are seeking a Field Based Industrial Service Engineer for their mobile team covering Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey & Dorset.

**Duties of Industrial Service Engineer with our Client**:

- Provide support to customer at their premises and off-site to ensure machinery is kept in prime operation condition
- Diagnose, Investigate & resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment.
- Ensure job cars are completed accurately and within the given time-allocation
- Ensure Parts requests are effectively communicated
- Ensure that a professional manner is kept at all time to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Develop working relationships with both colleagues and customers
- Ensure work is completed to all technical and safety standards

**What our Client expects of their Industrial Service Engineer**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ideally experienced within Forklift Truck Engineering
- Excellent working knowledge of engines, alternators, control panels and wiring diagrams
- Excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills
- IT Proficient
- Interpersonal relationships/ Customer awareness/ Commercial awareness
- Efficient and flexible with the ability to work without supervision
- Additional beneficial qualifications could include PASMA, CSCS card and Powered Access plus the ability to service the range of machinery would also be useful
