**R Recruits** on behalf of **MCF** are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all shipping activities, including scheduling and tracking package delivery
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers to ensure that all parties stay informed throughout the shipping process
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery confirmations, and customer receipt acknowledgments
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and requirements, including packaging, labelling, and documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and vendors in order to negotiate pricing and service agreement
- Generating Work orders & updating daily schedules
- Print all works orders
- Creating & issuing sales acknowledgement to customers
- Generate and maintain the demand import spreadsheet
- Check PO against the Sales Acknowledgment
- Investigate any price differences
- Allocating stock to works orders
- Generating pick sheets for all palleted goods
- Accurately recording and inputting data, identifying, and solving problems
- Support Warehouse Shift manager with component issue investigations
- Generating ABC perpetual stock counts.
- Preparing reports and producing daily and end of month figures
- Assisting the planning manager with order cancelations
- Assisting the sales team with aftersales queries and shipments
- Attend and daily management meetings
- Work collaboratively with colleagues both in your own area and across the business
- Be process driven and able to improve efficiencies

**General Duties**:

- Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Weekly Video calls
- Taking ownership of orders/queries and seeing through to completion
- Manage daily work flow for the team
- Partaking in training sessions to develop product knowledge
- communicate with retailers and couriers to book transport daily

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Strong IT Knowledge
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and software tools such as Excel, tables and comfortable in the use of spreadsheet software
- Proven knowledge gained from using warehouse management systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving/analytical skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Team player with a ‘can do attitude’

Pay: £11.75-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
