Crowe are looking for a Web Executive specialising in SEO and analytics to join our team. Along with the Senior Web Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day performance of the website. Implementing website updates and enhancements (including CRO), on-page SEO, website administration.

The Web team collaborates with teams across the firm, along with the wider BD and Marketing teams, such as comms, digital, brand, design, content development, and campaign management to help shape the right approaches. We also work closely with a small group of third-party digital agencies - managing microsites and online surveys etc.

This role reports to the Senior Web Manager and cross-functional teams where necessary and is based in our London office with flexible working.

**Responsibilities**

**SEO and Analytics**
- Optimise digital content for SEO, testing content and delivery mechanisms for an optimized user experience.
- Deep understanding of link building, and SEO content strategies and tactics.
- Analyse web traffic metrics to find opportunities for improving audience messaging on digital channels. Using software and tools e.g. conducting keyword research using SemRush, Google Search Console; analysing web trends and possibly in the future potentially using products including Salesforce Interaction or other similar products.
- Developing SEO channel strategies to audit and improve onsite and off-site SEO.
- Working alongside other teams to ensure channels are integrated. For example, ensuring our organic search strategy is aligned with our PPC activities.
- Keeping abreast of website and SEO trends, legislative developments and opportunities/innovations (for example, the latest Google algorithm changes or understanding the impact of cookies and tracking technologies on our website experience).
- Supporting the sharing of website and SEO best practices across the team and wider function and helping deliver advice and training.

**Web - Sitecore**
- Working with multiple stakeholders across the marketing team you will be a key figure internally for content creation as part of wider projects and campaigns.
- Development of new web pages/content and web journeys including: auditing, UX optimisation, publishing and maintaining webpages. Note this role will not be expected to personally create graphic and audio content, you will alongside with digital inhouse team).
- Editorial governance, proofread, re-structure and edit articles by authors, optimising written pieces to increase user engagement.
- Managing and optimising the working relationship and processes with the marketing team and the 3rd party website developers

**Role Requirements**
- Two years of agency or in-house experience in an SEO or content marketing-focused role.
- Experience of Content Management Systems e.g. Sitecore, Wordpress.
- Good proficiency with Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, GTM, PPC and Google Search Console.
- Experience in using SEO tools e.g SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro.
- Experience of using Customer Data Platforms e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot would be a plus.
- Experience of measuring and analysing website and SEO performance data, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Experience in delivering against tight deadlines and executing multiple web pages/projects under pressure.
- Clear communication skills to aid working with different teams and agencies.
- A curiosity to learn new things and challenge ways of working.
- A mind-set which demonstrates a comfort with testing, learning and optimising.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise duties whilst working towards tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be pro-active and show ability to work on own initiative.
