Exciting opportunity for a Programme Support Administrator to join this global Energy company.

These innovative solutions provide opportunitiesfor exceptionally highly talented individuals to contribute to the success of this transition where you will be working with some of the best people in the industry working on new and ground-breaking initiatives utilising the very latest technology.
A full-time support role is required to provide administration support to the team as well as providing programme, communications and event support.
The role will report to the Real Estate Manager and carry out the following specific tasks:
1. Provide general administrative support to the Facility Management team of 6 staff, including meeting and event scheduling and booking.
2. Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Manager including diary management, travel booking and expense management.
3. Support Facility Management Team members delivering projects or programmes by facilitating project logistics, for example setting up workshops, coordinating invites and agendas, developing and collating presentation materials, etc.
4. Supports event organisation and management, leading on event logistics and planning, for example setting up and running regional and global team meetings including room bookings, coordinating invites, developing agendas and presentation materials, etc.
5. Monitor and respond to communications channels between the Real Estate organisation and the 3000+ building occupants based at the campus (Yammer, Teams, on-site display screens, etc).
6. Own and manage staff mailing lists and SharePoint document repositories.
7. Support the location's Emergency Response process, planning and running meetings of the Emergency Response team, documenting process changes, and assisting as the logkeeper in the event of any formal emergency.
8. Act as office focal point for the Real Estate team in the London office (around 30 staff), assisting with moves, communications to the London team, etc.
9. Support accounts payable tasks where required, including liaising remotely with the finance payables teams in Manila and Chennai.
10. Provide ad hoc support to other members of the regional Real Estate Leadership Team where required.
11. Other tasks relating to administration and programme management, as required.
Role-holder requirements:

- Experience in administration and / or project environments.
- Self-starting and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Strong skills in using MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint, or quick to learn to close any gaps.
- Experience working in complex corporate environments in business and real estate related roles.
- Ideally some analytical experience.
- Location preference for central London with expectation of regular attendance in the office (some home working, including on a regular basis, is possible by agreement).
