Do you have supervisory / team lead experience within a production or manufacturing environment? Are you looking for an exciting new role working for an industry leading manufacturer specialising in chassis and metalwork?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a production supervisor to join their team in Wellingborough. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all production processes run smoothly, making sure all customer requirements are metwithin the budget and deadline given.

This is a great opportunity to join a national leader in the design and manufacture of large vehicle, motorhome and static home chassis. You will help to anticipate, analyse, and diagnose production problems creating improvement plans to maximise efficiencyas well as complying with all regulations including Health & Safety and Company rules and procedures. This is a brilliant time to join a rapidly expanding company, operating over multiple sites and continuing to grow.

**The Role**:

- Anticipate, analyse, and diagnose production problems, creating solutions
- Complying with all regulations including Health & Safety and Company rules and procedures
- Ensuring that the production processes deliver quality products in a timely manner
- Experience within a supervisor or team lead position
- Experience working with Steel, Metal or Chassis is a bonus but not essential
- A commutable distance to Wellingborough
