Job Summary:
MiTender Care Ltd, a leading Domiciliary care agency dedicated to providing exceptional support to vulnerable adults, children, and young people, is seeking a Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in line with our commitment to choice, equality, dignity, and independence for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support staff members in the field to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate service provision to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and client-centered care.
- Act as a liaison between field staff, clients, and management to facilitate effective communication.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Culinary practices, Food preparation techniques, and Food safety protocols.
- Experience in Hotel or Restaurant environments with a strong background in Supervising roles.
- Knowledge of Food production processes and Kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with Hospitality industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: £18,436.27-£28,169.88 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
