**Role**: Ownership of the BI System and Power BI reports and dashboards

**Location**: 3 days a week in the office (outside Reading)

**Salary**: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

As a BI Developer, you will use your Power BI and overall Business Intelligence expertise to make an impact from day 1. This is a great opportunity to have responsibility for the entire BI system while leveraging Power BI for accurate real-time decision-makingsolutions. You'll understand the business requirements in the BI context and convert raw customer and financial data into meaningful commercial insights. **BI Developer - Responsibilities**:

- Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI
- Identify KPI’s with clear objectives and monitor them consistently
- Analyse data and present it through reports that assist in data driven decision making
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and understand the timelines to accomplish tasks
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis
- Preform DAX queries and functions of Power BI
- Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models and relations explanations
- Conduct data warehouse development and perform SQL querying for best results

**BI Developer** -** Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in Power BI, writing Dax expressions, developing custom dashboards BI products with scripting and programming languages
- 3+ years’ experience with BI tools with a sound knowledge of database management, data modelling, business intelligence, SQL querying, data warehousing and online analytical processing
- The ability to drill down data and visualize it in the best possible way through charts, reports or dashboards
- Experience documenting, designing and modelling solutions, then explaining, representing and discussing the same with stakeholders
