Message Direct are excited to be recruiting for additional Full time Call Centre Agents to join our friendly, vibrant, and dynamic team in Ferndown. **Call Centre Agent Working Information**
- Full time 40 hours to include 1 weekend out of 4 working.
- Excellent salary £24,960 per annum (enhanced pay for Bank Holidays).

**Requirements for the Role**
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to use a laptop.
- Ability to manage and control calls.
- Ability to commute to Ferndown.
