About The Role

- We are looking for an enthusiastic Fleet Administrator to join our Transport team in Coatbridge.- The role of the fleet administrator is to ensure the financial and administrative processes and records of the businesses vehicles circa 150 vans and 30 HGVs are administrated accurately and in an efficient manner- Some of the main responsibilites of this role include;- Maintain accurate input of the function database -Fleet master
- Receive and action internal and external phone enquiries
- Accurate record keeping
- Supplier interaction over validation of invoices / bookings etc
- Support the function with administration in the following areas - MOT / Service bookings, Breakdown escalation etc
- Support the function in compiling the Monthly / weekly cost / service reports
About You

- We are looking for n experienced administrator with previous experience in the fleet management profession is preferred.- Good communication and organisation skills and competent level of experience in excel and financial reporting.- The ability to adapt new processes and a desire for accuracy in all aspects for fleet administration to ensure we maintain our high standard of fleet efficiency and legality- We can offer a good quality working environment for our team as well as varied benefits targeted to your wellbeing both within and outside work:
