Our client is offering an awesome opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner in Exeter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Essential:

- Direct work experience in early years setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education; Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- NVQ level 3 in early years and childcare or equivalent
- Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children

**Skills**:

- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development milestones
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
