Clinical Information Systems Support

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust provides a comprehensive range of Acute (mainly hospital based) health services, serving residents of Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, and surrounding areas including Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and parts of north-east Sussex; and services such as Oncology and Ophthalmology across a wider area.
We are looking for an organised, adaptable and motivated person to join our Clinical System Management Team (CSMT). You will predominantly be working within the Testing side of team but may asked to provide first line support and training for various systems when testing is not in progress.
Please note you will be required to work at any of the MTW sites.
**We are also looking for the following**:
- Demonstrable knowledge of Windows based IT in the workplace.
- Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills
- An Attention to details
- A capability of working towards tight deadlines
- Demonstrable customer service skills
- When not testing a team member able assist the first line support team with diagnoses and resolutions.
This role is essential in the safe and effective release of improvements and expansion to the Trust clinical IT systems including PAS and EPR.
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital Trust in the county of Kent.
The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 500,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.
The Trust’s core catchment areas are Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells and their surrounding boroughs. We work from two main clinical sites: Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury. Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients - the first of its kind in the country.
