**Technical Administrator**

**Location: Glasgow**

**Our Opportunity**:
Thales UK has a fantastic opportunity for a technical administrator to work within our world leading Optronics team in Glasgow. The technical administrator will take on the routine responsibilities detailed below in the Logistics/Inspection business.

Key responsibilities:

- Administration and control of all incoming Quality Documentation and supplied Test Data.
- Visually check and upload PTS paperwork
- Scan incoming documents and maintain paperwork to be stored off-site
- Quarantine Control
- in charge of administration of quarantine products.
- Engage with different stakeholders
- project managers, quality assurance managers and procurement team.

**About You**:

- Experience in a previous Administration role (Ideally from a quality administration background)
- Computer literate and must be proficient in using MS Excel
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communicator
- Accurate attention to detail and disciplined approach to document management
- Able to multitask
- Hard working/enthusiastic
- Able to understand the importance of working to deadlines
- Confidence/understanding to escalate perceived issues
