Reporting to the Service Manager and working within the team they are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join their team to carry out a varied administration position related to the technical services. You will hold excellent attention to detail and mathematic skills.


Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Process and type Service & Log Book reports submitted by engineers.
  • Prepare Service & Log Book report and job sheet paperwork for engineers.
  • Assist in preparing quotations for the Service Manager.
  • Electronically file all reports.
  • Upload all photographs taken during site visits.
  • Prepare Logbook and issue to clients.
  • Upload work progress onto Microsoft Teams.
  • Assist with any other administrative requirements as needed.


Experience/skills:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and planning.
  • Confident multitasker with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable consulting with suppliers, team members, and external parties.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive and keen worker with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a technical service provider, facilities, engineering company, or similar industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Job Logic experience would be advantageous


Offering:

  • Hours Monday to Thursday – 08.00 -16.30, Friday – 08.00 -15.45 with 30mins for lunch
  • Initially Full-time office-based position in Hillington during training period then after three-months hybrid working from home available on a 3-day office ,2 day home.
