**Job Title**:Customer Service Advisor***

**Salary**:£10.50 per hour plus Bonus.

**Hours**:40 paid hours per week on a shift rota basis

**Main Purpose of Role**:
Konecta Group UK is pleased to offer this opportunity working on behalf of the Macmillan Coffee Morning campaign. The Customer Service Agent is responsible for building relationships with our client’s new and existing supporters to ensure their continued support of our clients fundraising efforts. Repeat hosting of coffee mornings and recommendations are very important to our client so it is important that every customer interaction adds value and is positive.
- Manage personal workflow
- Troubleshoot issues
- Answer customer questions based on FAQ/knowledge base material provided
- Escalate issues or problems to Team Manager
- Moderate feedback from customers on client’s website and 3rd party portals

**Skills Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written skills are essential
- Professional and emotionally resilient
- A natural multi tasker
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Macmillan's Coffee Morning is our biggest fundraising event to support people living with cancer

People all over the UK host their own Coffee Morning and donations raised on the day are made to Macmillan.

A Coffee Morning can be whatever you want it to be. It could be at home, on your driveway, a hall or online, whatever suits you best. You can hold a garden get together and throw a barbeque, or treat your colleagues to some homemade bakes, or even get together with friends for a takeaway.

In 2021, we raised over £11 million and hope to top that this year.

**Position in Organisation**:
The Customer Care Advisor reports directly into the Team Manager, who in turn reports into the Client Service and Development Director and will have various support from colleagues nearby which will always be on hand.

**Operational Days and Hours**:
With given notice, Konecta reserves the right to change your working hours.

Please note that the Macmillan phone lines are operational Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm.

You may be required to cover evenings and weekends when required by the business if peak volumes are forecast.

**Database & Systems & Training**:
Full training will be given by Konecta and will include supporting on-going training requirements for
the duration of the project. You will also receive a full company induction that will include many areas
such as Data Protection Act (DPA), the Quality Management System, CRM training and soft
skills training.

**Opportunity for Growth**:
Across the campaign the team will have SMART objectives. These will be communicated by the Customer experience Director (on behalf of the client).

Growth and development are encouraged and supported and over time the team member will have the opportunity to progress their role and take on additional duties. This added responsibility being rewarded with a salary increase.
