**Role Overview**

As a Junior Marketing Executive at Asite, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing team's initiatives and contributing to the company's growth. You will work closely with senior management to execute marketing campaigns, implement strategies, and contribute to the development of Asite's brand presence in the construction industry. **Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Asite's products and services.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website content.
- Support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and videos, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the construction industry.
- Assist in organising and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts and achieve common goals.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

**Key Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferable.
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
