Gleeson Recruitment Group are exclusively partnered with a market leading financial services business within Coventry to find an experienced Digital Specialist to join their thriving marketing team.

The Digital Specialist will be executing online content changes, campaigns and user journeys, using research and analytics to identify opportunities to improve website engagement. Whilst influencing stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for our members.

The role:

- Create Digital campaigns and measure/improve upon the performance of campaigns.
- Continuous improvement of content across the websites to ensure customers take away key messages and can seamlessly complete their journeys.
- Complete data driven reviews and analysis.
- Report insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with optimisation specialist to create on-going optimisation tests and implement as necessary.
- Work with other teams closely to continually improve upon the website.

The Digital Specialist:

- Previous experience within digital marketing or a similar role.
- Knowledge of CMS systems and processes.
- Able to automate campaigns, data flows and processes.
- Be proactive and highly organised.
- Excellent communication and negotiable skills.
- Be a team player and be equally confident working independently when required.
