We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the exciting role of **International Wealth Coach, Expat Jersey (GCB5).**

**Role Overview**

The International Wealth Coach (IWC) will drive competence and confidence of our people in our strategic objective of connecting new and existing customers with wealth management services. The IWC will achieve this through planned delivery of group and individual development plans alongside other managers and teams. The successful individual will be confident in communicating and coaching all aspects of financial planning and investment processes and products.

In this role, you will:

- Passionate about Coaching and Developing people of varying experience and knowledge of financial planning.
- Support improvement of performance and quality of our Advisors through specified planning and execution.
- Engage and collaborate with technical consultancy surrounding financial planning techniques and coaching.
- Drive deeper understanding and confidence of Regulated sales teams in interactions with customers.
- Identify development opportunities through effective use of MI in order to implement plans and measure success milestones.
- Provide effective deployment of coaching techniques, personal development plans and performance improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Level 4 Diploma qualification (CII, CISI, LIBF)
- Experience of Financial Planning Sales
- Experience of Team and Individual Training, Coaching and Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
