**Main purpose of the job**
Responsible for planning and managing dealer audits on behalf of our major client. Protect client funds by ensuring the dealer is compliant with client protocol. Provide coaching to help dealers improve their warranty claims procedures. Compile data and audit claims reports, present audit errors and findings to dealers.
**Main duties**
**Planning and scheduling audits with dealers**
- Plan rolling 3 months’ of audit appointments (within dealer selection tool)
- Send list of claims to be audited to dealer
- Manage your own logistics (travel, flight / hotel bookings etc)
**Conduct audits (on-site or remote)**
- Present audit objectives and scope to the dealer management
- Review paid claims, request further evidence if needed to validate and justify the repair claimed
- Evaluate process to confirm it complies with client’s terms and conditions
- Accurately capture, record and document, as per client’s audit process and procedures
**Produce accurate audit reports and present conclusions to dealer management**
- Produce a preliminary report
- Check the calculated amount to be claimed back from the dealer
- Present conclusions and action plan to dealer manager and staff
- Gather feedback from dealer to improve audit activity
**Make recommendations from audit action**
- Prepare final report and communicate
- Discuss findings and recommendations to improve claims process
- Prepare audit and control reports, with analysis data
**Follow up activity**
- Carry out follow up warranty claims audits
- Review and update claims for associated parts errors after 31 days
- Update all necessary documentation
**Month end reports**
- Collate the data for each report and submit as required
**Maintain professional and technical knowledge**
- Refer to warranty information on the Hub
- Self-study ETKA, ELSA and SAGA2
- Refer to client policy booklets for any updates

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
