**What you will be doing**:
The Claims Auditor is primarily responsible for monitoring the performance of our panel firms, ATE solicitor network and other outsourced claims service providers against our terms of business and/or service standards. This is achieved through the implementation of a robust onsite audit schedule and a level of remote statistical analysis. In doing so, the Claims Auditor will identify any potential for a partner to fail in their service delivery, thus protecting our ability to maintain our high standards of cost-effective customer service.
