We are looking for a handyman for the maintenance of care homes in the Wirral within a range of 7 miles.

The post applicant should have the following skills:
1) Plumbing

2) Electric

3) Gardening(minimum)

4 Scheduling, offering customer service and routine bookings

5) Repairing and maintaining heating systems, bleeding radiators and flushing systems

The job requires the maintenance of the building inside and outside to certain extent to allow smooth running of the care homes. The Applicant must be able to do practical tasks that make life easier for their employers or clients, such as, complete minor repairs, install safety equipment and help assemble furniture. They should complete small jobs that require specific knowledge or expertise such as fixing light sockets, re-hanging doors and repairing fixtures or fittings and cosmetic damage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
